防靜電工作服定做常用的款式有哪些？

1、選用抗靜電劑對織物進行樹脂整理。用抗靜電劑對織物進行樹脂整理，經(jīng)過浸軋、焙烘而粘附在合成纖維織物的表面，使織物具有一定的抗靜電效果。這種方法現(xiàn)在只用于民用服裝以克服衣服纏身、火花放電、污染吸灰等靜電現(xiàn)象。

2、在滌綸或錦綸聚合物的內部添加抗靜電劑，如磷酸脂、磺酸鹽等表面活性劑或引入第三單體以取得耐久性抗靜電纖維。由于添加劑的抗靜電劑大多數(shù)是遇堿會起反應或分解的表面活性劑，因此在織物整理或洗滌時忌用堿性洗滌劑，以防止影響抗靜電效果，這種纖維適宜作無塵服、無菌衣，也可用于民用服裝等。
2. Antistatic agents such as phosphate, sulfonate and other surfactants are added to the interior of polyester or nylon polymers, or a third monomer is introduced to obtain durable antistatic fibers. Since most of the antistatic agents of additives are surfactants that will react or decompose in the presence of alkali, alkaline detergent shall not be used in fabric finishing or washing to prevent affecting the antistatic effect. This fiber is suitable for dust-free clothes, sterile clothes, civil clothes, etc.
3、在普通織物中混入導電纖維。在普通織物中混入導電纖維，這種防靜電織物由于不受所在環(huán)境的影響，現(xiàn)已普遍被接受和認可。這種防靜電織物的抗靜電性能與導電纖維的種類和導電成分(金屬、石墨、炭黑等)在纖維中的分部情況，又分為幾種不同類型。其中含有炭黑、石墨等導電成分的其它復合型導電纖維可以直接用于織造的長絲，經(jīng)紗中每隔一定間距(如1.5 cm左右)嵌入一根導電長絲，即可獲得很好的抗靜電效果，是目前用來織造防靜電工作服面料更好的導電纖維。
3. Mix conductive fibers into ordinary fabrics.
